Mr Ng is one of the partners at the establishment of Affinity following its spin-off from UBS Capital Asia. He joined UBS Capital Asia in 2001 as Head of Portfolio Management and had overall responsibility for monitoring and risk managing transactions, both preand post investment. At Affinity, his role is partner responsible for investments in Greater China region.

Mr Ng has over 10 years of corporate finance experience, having worked in capital markets and M&A transactions for leading Asian corporates and multinational corporations. He was Head of Corporate Finance for ING Barings, Jakarta before joining UBS Warburg with responsibilities for corporate finance transactions in South East Asia.

He holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics with First Class Honours from Oxford University. He speaks English and Mandarin.
