Mr Lee joined UBS Capital Asia in 2001. Since joining the firm, Mr. Lee focused on the firm's activities in Korea. Prior to that, he was with Whitney & Co. Hong Kong, a U.S. based private equity firm. Mr Lee began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley, in New York and subsequently in Hong Kong and Seoul before working as an entrepreneur in Korea. Mr. Lee has over 10 years of experiences in finance and private equity industries during which he was involved in all stages and types of investment models. His experiences were in a wide range of industries, including retail, electronics manufacturing, fast moving consumer products, and telecom.

Mr Lee holds a degree in Applied Math and Economics from Brown University where he graduated magna cum laude, and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. He speaks English and Korean.
