Mr Sutton joined Affinity Equity Partners in 2004. Prior to that, he was in the investment banking division of UBS in Australia, where he was involved in debt restructuring. Mr Sutton began his career with Ernst & Young, where he worked on a wide range of M&A advisory and business due diligence transactions focused on the banking and financial services industry. He has worked in the Singapore, New York and Australian offices of Ernst & Young. Mr Sutton holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the Curtin University of Technology and is also a Qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia. He speaks English.
